Customer Experience Marketer

A day in the life?

As a Customer Experience Marketer, you are an innovative, data-driven, self-starting marketer with exceptional focus on customer experience for our Customer Success org. In this high-profile role, you will lead the development and delivery of adoption strategies for our donor management system. The strategies you develop will reinforce the unique benefits and value proposition of our platform. This role is at the center of reimagining and transforming customer experiences and creates a unique opportunity for a bold marketing leader to apply their strategic thinking and take it to the next level and helping the Customer Success org deliver a best-in-class

You are passionate about customer experience, you have proven ability to use data and critical thinking to identify opportunities in our customer journey to deliver effective strategies that accelerate adoption, utilization and value.  Experienced in strategic marketing planning, product management, customer experience development, and creative development. The candidate will be adept in customer marketing, social media, and product management. You are highly skilled at working in cross-functional team environments.

We're looking for a rock-star who can:

  • Analyze and synthesize customer behavior data, adoption metrics, business impact, and research insights to advance product & customer engagement strategies, adoption, and customer value.
  • Infuses consumer insights into the development of new customer journeys and experience ideas with a focus on adoption, value realization and ultimately retention.
  • Ensures product value propositions are integrated into the customer experience with a cohesive messaging.
  • Identifies opportunities to repair, enhance and innovate experiences central to enhancing ease of use.
  • Participates in other activities with other Marketing teams.
  • Informs Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams of learnings, and actively makes recommendations to product and/or processes.
  • Collaborates with a broad set of stakeholders including:  Data Analytics, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

About You:

  • You're well educated!  You have at least a bachelor’s degree and two or more years’ experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience! You have 2 or more years’ experience in B2B fast-growing technology/SaaS company and you have curiosity and creative thinking to uncover and apply deep consumer insights.
  • You’re obsessed with outcomes!  You have proficiency with compiling and synthesizing information and finding insights to anticipate and provide answers to customer questions before they're asked throughout the customer journey.
  • You are customer focused!  You have passion and talent to generate and build the case for transformative customer experience. You have experience engaging customers and communicating clearly both on our platform and on social media.
  • You have excellent communication skills!  You have highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing and presentation abilities to influence cross-functional teams within a large organization. You have flexibility and attention to detail, must be able to manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while maintaining excellent work.
